“Being selective—doing less—is the path of the productive. Focus on the important
few and ignore the rest.” ~ Tim Ferriss
Hi, I’m Alex. I’m a Christian serial entrepreneur with a passion for outsourcing and optimization. Outsourcing is often an elusive, ethereal objective of every person who has ever read Tim Ferriss’ 4-Hour Workweek or A.J. Jacobs’ personal report. But it doesn’t have to be. This website’s purpose is to help ordinary individuals achieve extraordinary results through the process of optimizing and ultimately outsourcing your personal & professional life.
The idea isn’t as far-fetched as it may seem. You can find out more about outsourcing as you explore the site, but before you do, make sure you understand your why.
My mission is to help you execute on living your very best life through the process of optimizing and outsourcing areas that detract from what you love most.
What I’ve found is most people focus on the wrong goals in life and wonder why they are unhappy.
So, before any talk of optimizing or outsourcing, spend time figuring out the important things in your life. The highest and best use of your time is figuring out:
- Who you want to be in life?
- What you want out of life?
- Who you want to share it with?
When you look back on your life, make sure it is a life without regrets.

For me, I am a Christian Serial Entrepreneur. I want to be known as a Christian because I believe in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior; and a Serial Entrepreneur because I love business and creating the ideas and systems that drive them.
I’m passionate about helping people build sustainable businesses and serving as an evangelist for my faith. And best of all, I get to share my wonderful life with my amazing wife and Shi-Poo, Kyla.
“Lack of direction, not lack of time, is the problem. We all have twenty-four hour days.”
~ Zig Ziglar
During the day, I support data science for a large American bank. My role involves overseeing report development and coordinating with our business partners. I am a liaison between the worlds of IT and banking.
Previously, I participated in the portfolio management of our corporate lending and specialized lending clients in aggregate a $2.2B portfolio.
At home, I run several businesses including a distribution company for a locally bottled cold brew coffee, a non-profit consulting firm, an events management company and a personal ministry blog. I am a member of several community boards, involved in city-wide entrepreneurship efforts and an active member of my church.
None of this would be possible without outsourcing and optimizing various parts of my life and spending my time on functions that are best suited to me. It didn’t happen overnight, but you can learn from some of my personal mistakes along the way.
When not conducting business, I enjoy spending time with my wife and playing with our dog, Kyla. I also enjoy playing soccer, piano, guitar, and go (board game). I’m a huge foodie and love trying new cuisines, restaurants and attempting to recreate food network favorites at home. We regularly host friends and couples over for dinner and have games nights almost monthly.
